We sell wholesale to other operators and service stations; and retail at our gas stations and gas centers.
In addition, we have extended our activity to the electricity sector with Aletteo

OUR HISTORY
From vision to multinational company
Since our start in 2016, we have grown into a global multi-energy operator with a strategic presence in southern Europe.
2016
First step
- We were born as an operator and marketer of petroleum products, establishing our first storage plant in the Port of Motril.
- We closed the year with the acquisition of a biofuel plant in the Port of Bilbao.
2017
Expansion of logistics and first station network
- We added a third plant in the Port of Gijón, intended for CORES.
- We set up our own transport division, incorporating our own fleet of tankers.
- We were born in retail with the opening of our first service stations in Valdepeñas and As Marismas (with gas center).
2018
Consolidation in Bilbao
- We completed the adaptation of the terminal in Bilbao and started operating from there.
2019
Continued growth
- New service station in Sardón de Duero.
2021
More storage, more capacity
- We incorporated a new biofuel plant in Ocaña and began its refurbishment.
2022
New expansion in storage and retail
- We announce a new plant in Ferrol with 12 additional tanks.
- Opening of our service station in La Zubia.
2023
Expand our network
- Opening of our service station in Churriana de la Vega.
2024
Energy diversification and expansion
- We enter the electrical sector with the launch of our electrical distributor, Aletteo.
- We complete the expansion of our storage terminal in Bilbao, adding more than 8,000 m3 capacity.
- Opening of our service stations in Almerimar, Serón and Cadrete
2025
Haxx's birth
- We started the construction of the Ferrol terminal.
- We started the first construction of a service station in Motril
- We acquired two new storage terminals in Cartagena and Malaga, entering the top 5 wholesale operators of hydrocarbons in Spain.
- We become Haxx, with a more modern, international and ambitious identity.
